These terms apply whenever you use bitcoinspins.io. They are short, because the site does one thing: it publishes information about Bitcoin casinos. By using the site you accept them.

What this site is

BitcoinSpins publishes reviews, rankings and guides about Bitcoin casinos. It does not operate a casino and does not permit gambling on its site. BitcoinSpins does not hold money for any person and cannot operate a casino account. BitcoinSpins cannot open, close or pay out a casino account.

The site is written for adults aged 18 and over who live in the Republic of Ireland. The site is not for people who reside in or are visiting countries where it is illegal to bet online.

Figures can go out of date

  • Every page is dated. Figures were read from the casino's own pages on or before the date shown under the heading.
  • Casinos change without notice. Offers, fees, minimums and terms can change the day after a page is updated. The casino's current terms are the ones that bind you.
  • Euro figures are conversions. They use one Bitcoin rate, stated on the page. The home page shows the current rate from CoinGecko; the other pages use the rate from the date they were last updated. The real euro value moves with the market.

We endeavor to get things right and do our best to make corrections when we find out we got something wrong. We do not guarantee that things will always be current.

Information, not advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Pages on Irish law and tax cite the laws and what Revenue have published. For legal, tax or financial advice, consult a professional.

Bitcoin and other crypto-assets are volatile, and gambling carries a built-in cost. You can lose everything you put in. Only use money you can afford to lose.

The casinos are separate businesses

None of the casinos covered on this site holds an Irish licence. Each review states the licence the casino itself shows, and whether its regulator confirms it.

BitcoinSpins is not a party to your agreement with a casino and cannot settle disputes between you and a casino.

Some of our links to casinos are affiliate links. This means that if you open a casino account through the link, the casino may pay BitcoinSpins a commission at no cost to you.

Our content and other people's

The text, tables and figures on this site belong to BitcoinSpins. You may quote short passages with a link to the page. Do not copy pages in bulk or republish them as your own.

The names and logos of casinos are owned by their respective companies. Screenshots of casino pages are published so the reader can have an idea of what the reviewed page looks like.

Liability

As far as the law allows, BitcoinSpins is not liable for any losses that may be incurred through reliance on the site, by using the site to gamble at casinos, or by casinos failing to pay out.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under Irish law.
