What BitcoinSpins publishes
- Ten casino reviews. Each one names the company behind the casino, quotes the clause on restricted countries and shows the Bitcoin cashier. They are ranked together in Bitcoin casinos in Ireland.
- Eleven rankings. Each asks one question of the same ten casinos, such as which pay fastest or what a bonus costs to clear.
- Thirteen guides. They cover the rules that sit behind the casinos: Irish law, tax, licences, wagering and withdrawals.
The site is written in plain English for the person who owns or is considering buying Bitcoin and wants to know what an online casino will do with their Bitcoin.

How BitcoinSpins is funded
Some links to casinos are affiliate links. If you open an account through one, the casino may pay BitcoinSpins a commission. You pay nothing extra.
Those links run through addresses on this site that begin with /go/. Ranking pages say so in a line at the top.
The site carries no display advertising, has no paid memberships and sells no products.
What the site covers, and what it leaves out
Covered
- The casino side of Bitcoin casinos: slots, live tables and each casino's own games
- Casinos whose own terms accept players from Ireland
- Deposits, withdrawals, fees and limits, in BTC and euro
- Irish gambling law and Revenue's published position on tax
Left out
- Sports betting of any kind, including the sportsbooks some of these casinos run
- Northern Ireland, which has its own law
- Casinos whose terms list Ireland as a restricted country
- Legal, tax or investment advice
No casino on this site holds an Irish licence
At the time of writing Ireland has a new gambling regulator and a new Act. There is currently no online casino licensing available in Ireland. Until such time as there is an online licensing framework, no online casino can hold an Irish licence. Of the ten casinos reviewed, none hold an Irish licence.
Each review names the licence the casino shows, and if the regulator's site confirms it. Three regulating bodies are concerned: CuraƧao, Anjouan and Tobique. Two casinos show no gaming licence at all, and reviews note that.
