Vave Review 2026: 1.5 BTC Bonus, Limits and No Licence
By Eoin Fahy · Updated 7 October 2026
Vave is a crypto casino and sportsbook which accepts Irish customers. It offers a large first deposit bonus up to 1.5 BTC. However, we could find no evidence of a licence on the site, no company name and no regulation. Bonus terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, are only disclosed after the bonus is claimed and limits must be set via email.

Vave review: the short answers
Can Irish players join?
Yes. Ireland is not on the restricted list in the terms.
Is it licensed?
There is no licence, regulation or company name disclosed on the site.
What does BTC cost?
Withdrawals must be a minimum of 0.0006 BTC, which at time of writing, equates to approximately €46, one of the highest of the sites we reviewed.
What is the catch?
Hidden bonus wagering, 3x deposit wagering, and limits only by email.
Vave in Ireland
Vave loads in full on an Irish connection. We found 12 restricted countries in section 3.6 of the terms: Belarus, Curaçao, Estonia, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, the UK, the US, Cyprus, France, Turkey and the Netherlands. Ireland is not included.
Ireland's Gambling Regulation Act 2024 will make unlicensed online casinos an offence once section 67(2) comes into force. It has not yet. Irish casino licences are due in 2027 and 2028. Our guide to the Irish position is updated as sections commence.
Vave is as much a sportsbook as a casino, with racing and esports also offered. This review is focused on the casino only.
Vave Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals
We used an existing research account to read the cashier from Ireland. Vave allows multiple wallets and you can switch between Bitcoin, Tether, Ethereum, BNB, Solana, XRP, Dogecoin and others from the balance menu at the top. With Bitcoin selected, the deposit tab offers Bitcoin directly, as well as card purchases through Changelly, MoonPay, or Banxa. There is no network to choose for Bitcoin.
The withdrawal tab showed a minimum of 0.0006 BTC, which was about €46 at €76,568 per BTC and a maximum of 0.4933559363 BTC. That odd maximum shows that Vave sets its limits in dollars, about $50,000, converted to Bitcoin at the day's rate. So the Bitcoin figure moves every day.
Section 8.11 states that you must wager each deposit three times on casino games before withdrawing. That is one of the stricter deposit wagering rules among the ten. Larger withdrawals than a method allows are paid out in instalments. A withdrawal is only permitted after the first deposit.
How to withdraw Bitcoin from Vave
- Open the balance menu at the top and choose BTC.
- Press Deposit, then the Withdrawal tab.
- Enter at least 0.0006 BTC, paste your own Bitcoin address and confirm.
Vave welcome bonus
The casino welcome package covers the first four deposits. It gives 150% up to 1.5 BTC with 100 free spins, and steps down to 25% up to 0.5 BTC. Each deposit needs a minimum of 20 USDT or other equivalent coin. Only slots contribute to the wagering requirement.
The first deposit bonus works differently from others. It is distributed in parts and you need to wager and press the button "Credit To Balance" to move each part to your account. It gives you 25 free spins a day for four days. You have 30 days to finish the wagering.
What the terms don't say is how many times you must wager. Vave is the one casino in our crypto casino bonus ranking that hides this. In point 5 it says the details are "available by clicking on the info tab in the bonus card", which you will see only after claiming the bonus. We did not claim it, so we do not know the number. Ask live chat before you deposit.
In point 12 it says there is no limit on the bet while you wager this bonus, which takes priority over the general bonus terms and conditions that state the limit is set to 5 USDT. If you do not want any bonus, the account settings have a "Bonuses Issuance" switch to turn them off.
Is Vave safe? No licence shown
Vave does not show a gaming licence anywhere on its site. Crypto casino licences explained shows what the others publish. There is no regulator seal in the footer, no licence number and no company name in the footer or the terms. The home page calls Vave "a licensed online bookmaker", but does not say who licenses it.
Terms add to the confusion. They say, if a dispute is not settled, you can contact "the licensing regulator listed on the Website." No regulator is listed.
Safer gambling tools at Vave
Vave says it provides deposit, loss and wagering limits for day, week or month, and a cooling off break of one week to six months as well as self-exclusion for six months, nine months and a year. However, there are no buttons for the limits. You must email support@vave.com for a limit, as stated in section 15.3.
Self-exclusion has a catch. While it is in place you cannot deposit or withdraw. So, if you have a balance, it waits until the self-exclusion time is up. You can cash out the balance first and then request the self-exclusion time. A cooling off break is more lenient. You can withdraw funds during a cooling off break.
Vave has no Irish support services listed. GamblingCare has a free phone service at 1800 936 725 and Extern Problem Gambling is on 089 241 5401.
Vave customer support
There is a live chat available on every webpage, and you can also email support@vave.com. The help section also has a sportsbook guide and explains how crypto payments work.
Section 11.1 states that accounts with no login for 12 months are charged 10 USDT a month. Withdraw what you have before you stop playing.
Vave review verdict
What works
- Open to Irish players
- Large welcome package, up to 1.5 BTC on the first deposit
- No maximum bet on the first-deposit bonus
- A switch to turn all bonuses off
- Limits and self-exclusion on request
What to watch
- No licence or company shown on the site
- Bonus wagering not published
- High minimum withdrawal: 0.0006 BTC
- Deposits wagered 3x on casino games
- Limits only by email
Vave's welcome package is generous, but you can't judge it until you claim it, and the site doesn't reveal who is behind it. A high withdrawal minimum, and limits only by email put it behind the licensed casinos in this list. Our score is 5.5 out of 10. Stronger options can be found in our top ten Bitcoin casinos.
