Cloudbet Review 2026: Bitcoin Fees, Bonus and Licence

Cloudbet review: the short answers
Is it open to Irish players?
Yes. Ireland is not restricted under clause 7.1.3 of the terms. Japan and Turkey are restricted, however, Ireland is not.
Is the licence real?
Yes. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate page shows licence OGL/2024/328/0599 is still valid. A screenshot is below.
What does a BTC withdrawal cost?
The fee is 0.00000199 BTC or about 15 cent at a BTC price of €76,568. Deposits are fee-free at Cloudbet.
What is the catch?
You have to play your deposit through once before cashing out. After a year of no activity, an account can be charged $5 a month.
Cloudbet in Ireland
Cloudbet is fully functional out of Ireland and even works out which province you are in. Bet limits, for example, are shown in euro, while balances and bonuses remain in USD and crypto.
There are 21 countries prohibited in the terms where you cannot access the site. Ireland is not on the list, however, UK, France, Spain and other neighbouring countries are.
Irish law is also something to be aware of. The Gambling Regulation Act 2024 will make it an offence to run a casino without an Irish licence, and part of that act, 67(2), is not yet in force. The regulator plans to open gaming licences during 2027 and 2028. Until then, no online casino can hold an Irish licence, so a Curaçao licence is the norm for crypto sites.
Cloudbet runs a large sportsbook as well. This review is just covering the casino.
Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals at Cloudbet
Cloudbet is strongest here. It is one of the few casinos that does not charge for deposits, and for withdrawals, it charges a flat network fee. Cloudbet publishes the full table on a public page. It tops our list of fast withdrawal Bitcoin casinos.
On the Bitcoin network, a withdrawal costs 0.00000199 BTC. The smallest withdrawal you can make is 0.00001 BTC. Cloudbet moves BTC as a BNB Smart Chain token to lower the cost further. Cloudbet does not offer the Lightning Network.
Euro figures here use €76,568 per BTC, the CoinGecko price on 6 October 2026. Fees change with network congestion, so the withdrawal page is always current.
Cloudbet's help centre sets no minimum deposit except the floor some networks need. Most crypto withdrawals are instant, and a few take up to 24 hours. The home page states that 90% of withdrawals take less than 2 minutes.
Three rules to know before you deposit
- Play your deposit through once. Clause 8.8 says you must wager at least the total of your deposits before you can withdraw. Cloudbet may lower that rule, but it does not have to.
- A handling charge is reserved. Clause 7.1.10 lets Cloudbet take up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals to cover costs. It is not in the fee table, but it is in the terms.
- Idle accounts pay. After 12 months with no login, bet, deposit or withdrawal, clause 7.1.11 allows a $5 monthly fee until the account is used again or the balance hits zero.
How to deposit Bitcoin at Cloudbet
- Open the wallet and choose Add funds.
- Pick Transfer crypto, then BTC.
- Choose the network. Use Bitcoin if your coins sit in a normal Bitcoin wallet. Pick BNB Smart Chain only if your BTC is a token on that chain.
- Copy the address the cashier shows you, or scan its QR code.
- Send from your wallet. The balance updates once the network confirms the payment.
The most common way to lose coins at any casino is sending on the wrong network. If your wallet and the cashier are on different networks, stop and ask support before you send.
No crypto? Cloudbet sells it in the cashier through a partnered service called Swapped. That comes with a fee and the payment methods vary by your country. Never buy crypto on a credit card to gamble with it.
Cloudbet welcome package and rewards
Cloudbet skips the deposit match welcome offer. Instead you can get cash rewards of up to $2,500 (about €2,220) over 30 days. It starts with your first deposit of any amount and there's nothing to opt-in for.
The welcome offer is made up of 3 parts. The first is rakeback, which returns 10% of the house edge on every casino bet, the highest rate in our crypto casino rakeback ranking. The second is a daily cash drop for each day you play, and the third, the Cash Vault, lands on day 30.
The rewards come with no wagering, which is quite rare and puts Cloudbet at the top in our list of no wagering crypto casinos. That being said, there are a few restrictions. You must claim each daily cash drop within 24 hours of it unlocking, or it will expire (clause 8.4.3.5). The amount of the cash drop is decided by Cloudbet. And, the 100% deposit playthrough still applies to your own money.
Essentially, rakeback gives you a portion of the house edge back, not a portion of your losses. Using the example from above, a €100 spin session on a slot with a 4% house edge gives you a rakeback of approximately 40 cent. The $2,500 cap only applies if you are betting/staking a significant amount.
After 30 days, you will be moved to the loyalty programme which consists of 8 levels, and increases your rakeback. The help centre lists some level up rewards, which climb steeply at the top.
Cloudbet games in Ireland
Irish players have access to a large catalogue of games, with 1,771 slots showing on an Irish connection. However, game studios can decide to block game ranges in other countries, so the number varies.
- Slots: 1,771 in the slots counter, with filters for high RTP, feature buy and volatility.
- Cloudbet Originals: 23 in-house games such as Mines, Dice, Plinko and Limbo, with RTP badges of 99% to 99.43%. Each round can be checked with Cloudbet's provably fair calculator.
- Live dealer: blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows, with table limits shown in euro (up to €18,000 on one table). Its tables are compared with the other nine in Bitcoin live casino.
- Other tables: blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker variants, plus jackpot slots.
Under clause 8.5, live casino table games count 10% towards wagering requirements. Slots and arcade games with an RTP of 99.5% or higher also count 10% towards the requirements. All other slots are counted based on their RTP.
Is Cloudbet safe? Licence and company
Cloudbet is operated by Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. of Curaçao, number 148526. A subsidiary of Halcyon Super Holdings, Solas Technologies Limited, is also based in Cyprus and handles some payments.
The gaming licence can be verified on the regulator's website. The Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate has licence OGL/2024/328/0599 and was issued on 23 May 2025 and is in an active status.
A Curaçao licence is lighter than a UK or Maltese one. For now, there is no Irish regulator to complain to about a casino. Cloudbet's own route is in clause 22. You start by sending a complaint to support@cloudbet.com. If that doesn't work, you can refer it to CADRE. Its decision binds both sides.
Cloudbet have been in operation since 2013, have published their fees, provide provably fair games, and run a public bug bounty.
Cloudbet sign-up and verification
Account creation requires an email address, or single sign on with Google, Apple, X, Telegram, or GitHub. You have to verify you are 18 or older. No ID verification is required at this stage.
Cloudbet's help centre states there are two levels of ID verification. Level 1 is phone verification, and has deposit and withdrawal limits. Level 2 is verification by ID, address, and a facial verification, and lifts the limits. If level 2 ID verification is not completed, there are limits on withdrawals. In mid-2026, their help centre showed a withdrawal limit of approximately $2,000, and the wallet screen showed a little over $3,000 a day in September.
The terms and conditions permit Cloudbet to request documentation at any time. These include ID, a recent utility bill, your payment card, and a dated selfie with your ID. Be prepared to provide these if you win a large amount.
Safer gambling tools at Cloudbet
You can set deposit limits for a time period of your choice (day, week, month), and these limits become effective immediately if you set a tighter limit. Less strict limits take effect 24 hours later. You can also take a 24 hour break if you wish, as well as longer breaks of 3 months, or longer exclusions of 1, 3, or 5 years or for life. You can also adjust the settings in your account to hide the casino.
You can set two-factor login with an authenticator app. Cloudbet also requires two-factor authentication (with the app or via email) before they permit you to adjust a break or self-exclusion.
Cloudbet's help list also doesn't include Irish services. Talk to someone at GamblingCare 1800 936 725 or Extern Problem Gambling 089 241 5401.
Cloudbet customer support
Support is available 24/7 via live chat or email support@cloudbet.com. You can contact compliance@cloudbet.com if you have questions about your licence or account.
The help centre has more than 100 articles about a variety of topics including deposits, withdrawals, and account verifications. Most of the answers you need before making your first deposit are listed there. Check it out before opening a chat.
There is a Telegram community and an "Academy" of guides on crypto and betting. Neither replaces support, but they show what is typically asked.

For Bitcoin players, Cloudbet ticks a lot of boxes. The fee table and the regulator's certificate are both public, which is more than most crypto casinos release. Clauses 8.8, 7.1.10 and 7.1.11 contain important terms that users should read before depositing. We give Cloudbet a score of 7.8 out of 10. See where else it stands in Bitcoin casinos in Ireland.
Cloudbet review FAQ
Can I play at Cloudbet from Ireland?
Yes. Ireland is not included in clause 7.1.3 of Cloudbet's terms. The site loads fully when accessed with an Irish connection. Cloudbet is licensed in Curaçao, not in Ireland; Ireland does not license online casinos yet.
Does Cloudbet have a no deposit bonus?
Not as a standing offer. The welcome package starts with your first deposit of any size. The terms do cover no-deposit bonuses (Clause 8.7), so one may appear as a promotion, with its own wagering requirements.
How much does a Bitcoin withdrawal cost at Cloudbet?
The public fee table shows a 0.00000199 BTC fee for a withdrawal on the Bitcoin network, which is around 15 cent. The minimum withdrawal is 0.00001 BTC. Cloudbet says these fees can change with the amount of transactions on the network, so check the withdrawal screen before you cash out.
Is Cloudbet licensed?
Yes. Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. runs the site, and they have a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, OGL/2024/328/0599. The regulator's own certificate page shows the licence was granted on 23 May 2025, and the status is Active.
Does Cloudbet support the Lightning Network?
No. You can use Bitcoin via the Bitcoin network or as a BNB Smart Chain token. Lightning is not in the cashier options or fee table.
Do I pay tax on Cloudbet winnings in Ireland?
Winnings from bets are not taxed. Selling or swapping the crypto can fall under Capital Gains Tax at 33%, after the first €1,270 of gains each year.
