Shuffle review: the short answers
Can Irish players join?
Yes. The site accepts Irish players and shows euro in the wallet.
Is the licence real?
Yes. The certificate issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority lists the licence as being active from 16 October 2024.
What does BTC cost?
There is no need to deposit. A Bitcoin withdrawal cost €1.54 and the terms state there are no payout limits.
What is the catch?
There are no welcome offers, no deposit limits, and a self-exclusion that lapses unless you confirm it by email.
Shuffle in Ireland
Shuffle loads in full on an Irish connection, with balances shown in euro. Section 8.3 of the terms names 14 places where you may not play, including the UK, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Portugal, and the US. Ireland is not listed.
Once section 67(2) of Ireland's Gambling Regulation Act 2024 comes into force, unlicensed online casinos will be an offence. It has not come into force yet. Irish casino licences are expected in 2027 and 2028. We follow the expected dates in is crypto gambling legal in Ireland?
Shuffle is also a large sportsbook and sponsors Sunderland AFC. This review focuses on the casino only.
Shuffle Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals
We opened a research account from Ireland to read the wallet. It lists 22 currencies from Bitcoin to Ethereum and Tether to Solana and Litecoin and Shuffle's own SHFL token. There is no card or bank deposit. The "Buy Crypto" tab sends you to an external provider.
Shuffle's deposit wagering rule is rather unique and fair. In section 10.2, the rule states you must bet your deposit once before you can withdraw it. However, if you send cryptocurrency back to the same wallet address on the same blockchain, you are exempt from the rule meaning you are free to withdraw the funds at any time.
The €1.54 fee is about 0.00002 BTC at €76,568 per BTC, therefore at current prices, it is quite a significant cost and you should withdraw BTC in larger amounts to avoid this fee.
How to deposit Bitcoin at Shuffle
- Open Wallet and stay on the Deposit tab.
- Change the currency from Tether to Bitcoin (BTC).
- Copy the address and send from a wallet on the Bitcoin network.
- Your balance updates once the network confirms the payment.
How to withdraw Bitcoin from Shuffle
- Open Wallet and choose the Withdraw tab.
- Pick Bitcoin (BTC) as the currency.
- Paste your own Bitcoin address. To skip the deposit wagering rule, use the same address you deposited from.
- Enter the amount, or use the 25%, 50%, 75% and MAX buttons.
- Check the fee line, then press Withdraw.
Before your first withdrawal Shuffle will ask for ID. Upload this early to avoid your first payout being delayed.
Shuffle rewards: no welcome bonus
At the time of writing and researching this review from Ireland, Shuffle does not have a sign up bonus. Its terms say promotions rotate, and on the day we checked the list held no welcome offer at all.
The bonus system means there's no 40x rule on your own money. However, the large prizes go to players who bet the most. Rakeback itself is modest: Shuffle's help centre puts it at 5% of the house edge, paid as cash once you have wagered $1,000 and reached Bronze.
Shuffle games
Shuffle says it has more than 15,000 games. The slots are from studios like Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, Nolimit City, Push Gaming, Relax, and others. The live casino features Evolution tables.
Shuffle also has 17 provably fair games. The Shuffle Originals include Dice, Mines, Keno, Limbo, Plinko, Crash, Blackjack, and other games. The lobby has slots, live casino games, and table games. There's a search bar to help you find games.
Is Shuffle safe? Licence and company
Natural Nine B.V. operates Shuffle. It's a Curaçao company with number 160998. The office is located at Korporaalweg 10 in Willemstad, and it holds licence OGL/2024/1337/0628.
Two seals at the bottom of the website check out, and you can run the same check yourself. The first leads to the Curaçao Gaming Authority's certificate page, which says the licence was granted on 16 October 2024 and is active. The other seal leads to a page run by XCM, the compliance company that oversees Shuffle. It says the operating status is "VALID" as of 6 October 2026.
If you are unable to resolve a complaint with support, the terms state that you can contact the Curaçao Gaming Authority at section 18.2. The XCM web page also lists a complaints address complaints@xcm.cw after you complete Shuffle's process.
A negative point: in October 2025 a data breach of a third party marketing service used by Shuffle exposed some customers' personal information and betting history. Shuffle claims that passwords and customer funds were not exposed.
Shuffle sign-up and verification
Sign-up takes a username, an email and a password. Before the wallet opens, you confirm a six-digit code sent by email, then add your name, date of birth, country and address. There is no ID upload and no phone number at that stage.
ID verification is required later. In section 5.2 of the terms, Shuffle states that it will verify a customer's ID in conjunction with a threshold being reached, and prior to the customer's first withdrawal. Shuffle also reserves the right to verify the source of the customer's funds.
Shuffle customer support
Shuffle employs a live chat that can be opened from the headset icon on each page. Support is claimed to be available 24/7. Alternatively, you can email support@shuffle.com for support or to make a complaint. The terms state that this is the same email address to use to make a complaint. A help centre at help.shuffle.com covers deposits, withdrawals, verification and the VIP programme.
Under section 18 of the terms, Shuffle is obliged to acknowledge complaints and respond within the timeframes stated in their complaints procedure. Keep emails, and, if not satisfied, the next recourse is to the Curaçao Gaming Authority. The authority says it does not make decisions on individual complaints. Thus, a copy of your complaint should be sent to complaints@xcm.cw. Crypto casino licences explained has more on that.
Safer gambling tools at Shuffle
The Shuffle Wise dashboard allows limits to be set on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis on wagers and losses. No limit can be set on deposits. Self-exclusion from the casino and/or sports can be set for a day, a week, a month, six months or for good.
Read the next part carefully. After asking to self-exclude, Shuffle puts you on a 24-hour cooldown and sends you an email. If you do not confirm the longer self-exclusion within 24 hours of receiving that email, the cooldown is removed and you will be free to use the account again. If you require a break from the site, confirm it straight away, or ask support to close the account.
Shuffle lists no Irish help services. GamblingCare has a free phone line at 1800 936 725 and Extern Problem Gambling is on 089 241 5401.

One of the least messy Bitcoin cashiers in this list: no deposit fee, small flat withdrawal fee, and no payout cap. That is why it leads our high roller Bitcoin casinos. It supports players who want rakeback rather than a bonus with conditions. If you rely on limits to stay in control, its tools are weaker than they should be. Our score is 7.6 out of 10. The other nine are in our ranking of Bitcoin casinos for Irish players.
