Betpanda in Ireland

From an Irish IP address, betpanda.io, redirects you to betpandacasino.io, which loads in full with prices in euro. The terms list 70 restricted countries, mostly in Africa and Central Asia, plus the US, Australia, Cyprus and Costa Rica. Ireland is not listed.

The terms and conditions also state that you are responsible for verifying the legality of gambling in your jurisdiction. Betpanda welcome bonus

Betpanda's first deposit bonus is called a bounty. You must play first, and the bonus is released later. The first deposit is matched 100% up to 1 BTC. The bonus is released only after the deposit is wagered 40x.

You get the bonus in cash, with no wagering requirements, after fulfilling the conditions. You have to make 40x your deposit in bets in 7 days. With a €100 deposit, you would need to make €4,000 in bets in 7 days, which is very hard.

There is a minor discrepancy in the promotions tile, which says "across your first deposits," but the bonus page and its terms say it is for the first deposit only.

Betpanda cashback and rakeback

Betpanda is strong in cashback offers. Every Wednesday it gives back 10% of your net casino losses of the week, with no wagering requirements. You need to make at least 50 casino bets in the week, and sports bets do not count. The weekly limit is €20,000.

There is 5% more cashback on Live Evolution tables, paid in Tether on Saturdays. Daily rakeback of 5% to 10% of the house edge, paid in Tether, is given with a minimum of 3 USDT. There are reload bonuses for higher VIP members on specified days. There is a $10,000 weekly raffle.

Is Betpanda safe? No gaming licence

Betpanda's operator, Star Bright Media S.R.L, is registered in Costa Rica (3-102-880000). The footer shows no gaming licence, no licence number and no regulator seal. This fails the first of the checks in are crypto casinos legit?
