Metaspins in Ireland

Metaspins loads in full on an Irish connection. Section 3.7 of the terms lists the places where you may not play, among them the US, the UK, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Malta and Lithuania. Ireland is not listed.

Its Anjouan licence has its own list of excluded countries: Australia, the Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and the US. Ireland is not on that list. The website shows prices in crypto and US dollars, not euro.

Ireland's Gambling Regulation Act 2024 will make unlicensed online casinos an offence once section 67(2) comes into force. This is not yet the case. Irish casino licences are due in 2027 and 2028. The Irish legal tracker has the detail.

Metaspins Bitcoin deposits and withdrawals

We opened a research account from Ireland to read the cashier. It has three tabs: Deposit, Buy Crypto and Withdraw. You can pay in 11 coins including Bitcoin, Tether, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, XRP and Cardano. There is no card or bank deposit. Buy Crypto sends you to an outside provider.

Their "Zero Fees" page states that for the time being, they are not charging fees for withdrawals. Section 4.3 of their terms states that fees will be shown to you, if they apply. Thus, before you confirm a withdrawal, be sure to check the fees shown to you on the withdrawals screen.

Also read Section 12.5 of their terms. Metaspins states they can set limits on the maximum withdrawal by payment method, and can pay out large wins in monthly instalments. The terms do not give a figure for where that starts.

How to deposit Bitcoin at Metaspins

Metaspins is run by 3-102-959384 SRL, a company in San Pedro, Costa Rica. It holds licence ALSI-202606048-FI2 from the Anjouan Gaming Board. The board's own verification page listed the licence as valid on 6 October 2026.

Anjouan is a light-touch regulator. There is no Irish body to complain to at present.

Metaspins asks users to try emailing them first if they have a complaint. If you are not satisfied with this process the terms and conditions of the site state they have an outside dispute resolution service but do not name the service.

Metaspins sign-up and verification

We found sign-up the shortest of all we reviewed. You provide your email, a desired username and a password and accept you are at least 18 years old. There was no email code, no phone number and no address step when we signed up from Ireland.

ID comes later. When crypto casinos ask for ID covers the usual triggers. Section 9.7 states that Metaspins may require ID verification at any point, and if your turnover reaches a certain amount, they may require ID at that point as well.
